Esqido Mink Eyelashes Review: Oh So Sweet and Viola Lash

Well aren't these a thing of beauty? I have a serious weakness for false eyelashes, and so these luxury handmade mink pairs by Esqido are just my cup of tea. Crafted from genuine mink hair they're lightweight and extremely realistic looking- you basically look like you have the most amazing natural eyelashes. They sit on a handcrafted cotton band (which is worlds away from the chunky bands I'm used to with cheaper brands) meaning they blend in seamlessly with your natural lashes and are really comfortable to wear. They really do have a luxury feel to them, they come in a sturdy little box which has a magnetic closure and a shiny rose gold interior- seriously swoon worthy! As you can probably imagine they blow the cheap highstreet and eBay lashes I usually wear out of the water, there's nothing fake or plasticky about them at all. There are quite a few different styles on the site so is something for every taste, here are the two pairs I chose!

'Oh So Sweet' are the smaller, less dramatic pair- I love criss cross lashes as they give such natural looking effect. You know when you have to go out somewhere in the daytime, and want to look nice but without looking over the top? I thought these would be just the thing for times like that. They make a huge difference to the way your face and makeup look overall, but are still extremely natural looking. You get a lovely wispy, fluttery effect that no mascara would be able to achieve.

These are my favourite lashes that I've ever worn, I think they're absolutely beautiful. I've never come across lashes that can add so much drama and volume while still looking so realistic (apologies for my half-shut eye photo!) They wing out at the sides to create a subtle cat eye effect and all in all make your lashes look stunning. I'll definitely be getting my wear out of these over the Christmas party season!

Esqido lashes are made from genuine mink hair- but you'll be pleased to know they are cruelty free. They use the hair that's naturally shed which is reassuring, as I know one of my first thoughts was 'how is the hair taken?' There's no denying £23 is pricey for false lashes, but if they're taken care of they can last for up to twenty wears. That means they work out at just £1.15 per wear, which is actually cheaper than most highstreet lashes! There's a sixty day guarantee too if you're not completely satisfied- although I see no reason why you wouldn't be. If you have an event or party coming up and want to look your very best you won't go far wrong with a pair of these, nothing else I've tried compares.

Which pair do you like the look of best?
