Kiko Milano BFF Collection

All products from Kiko Milano*

This cute little selection of products is from Kiko's new 'Best Friends Forever' collection; featuring romantic pink and red shades you can't deny how perfect everything is for the up and coming Valentines Day! Not only would these make great gifts, but would also be ideal to just buy for yourself for Valentines- whether you're celebrating with your love or just have a night out with friends planned and are on the lookout for some fitting products. I've been testing out a few things from the collection and I have to say, yet again Kiko have got it spot on. They're a cruelty free brand and their products are always of the highest quality, everything here is just amazing and the prices are still really affordable. Here's what I've been trying out and what I thought!

Endless Love Lipstick (£5.90)
Shade: 02 Dinky Magenta
First of all this thing is just adorable, the silver metallic packaging has a heart on the front in the same shade as the lipstick inside (so if you buy a couple of them you can easily grab the one you're after). The bullet itself is also heart shaped which not only looks cute but also works really well, the pointed heart tip makes the application precise. I have the shade 02 Dinky Magenta, which is a beautiful bright fuschia pink with a subtle microshimmer running through. While I prefer subtler shades for daily wear this will be perfect for a night out- especially for an occasion like Valentines Day! At £5.50 these are such a bargain, cheaper than any decent lipstick you'd find on the highstreet and the quality is on par with more much expensive brands.

Endless Love Lip Pencil (£3.90)
Shades: 02 Dinky Magenta, 04 Romance Cyclamen, 05 Soft Marsala
These are long-lasting lip pencils that are incredibly pigmented and boast a no-transfer formula; while these don't contain any shimmer, they all match the colours of the lipsticks. I find when you're wearing a darker and bolder lip colours it's always worth the effort applying a liner first to keep the edges perfectly clean. The wear time of these is so impressive they really don't budge, I lined and filled in my lips with the shade 02 before applying the lipstick over the top and let me tell you, that colour wasnt going anywhere! Plus if like me you have rubbish thin lips you can overline them slightly to give the illusion of a fuller pout, which lets face it is no bad thing.

True Love Nail Lacquer (£3.90)
Shades: 02 Sweet Fuschia, 03 Red Kiss
Just look at these polishes- they're seriously pretty! I love the fact they're full of tiny glitter particles which gives a gorgeous sparkly finish, and the shades are so girly and fun. The swatches above show just one coat and as you can see it's perfectly opaque, I'm a huge fan of one coat nail polishes and find they're really hard to come across even with higher end brands. They dry quickly and have a good wear time, all in all I can't fault them in the slightest.

Other products in the collection include a mascara and liner set, the most beautiful looking blush/ bronzer combination, a perfume duo and a makeup pouch in matching colours to the collection (which I think would be the perfect thing to put some of these products into if you were giving them as a gift!)
