A sustainable business, that really cares, is something the modern world needs more of. But more than this, giving them more resources to make use of, such as software for HR or a form of insurance that takes financial weight off, that’ll help them to deal with problems both in and out of work, will also go a long way to improving their lives. 

All of your sustainability measures need to start with baby steps; you can’t overhaul an entire company overnight, even if you’re following an example! But you can take it one day at a time; if you use less water today, in the bathroom or the break room, that means you’ve used less water in the week overall, and that both lowers your business bills and your environmental impact.
