Stress can infer with just about every part of our lives. Once you’ve succumbed to regular stress patterns it can be difficult to break out of them. The good news is, you don’t need to set aside lots of time to deal with stress. There are plenty of quick habits you can fit into your daily routine, to help you feel more relaxed.

1 . Exercise 
Exercise is one of the easiest ways to fight stress. You don’t need to pay lots of money, or fit in long sessions. Even a short walk squeezed into a busy day will do wonders for your stress levels. During the current pandemic, many prefer to exercise at home. There are plenty of free exercise videos on YouTube, whether for HIT, yoga or dance.

2. Meditate 
Meditation doesn’t have to be difficult, there are many applications to help guide you through your practice. Try resources like Headspace or Calm, which offer many audio meditations. Through the practice of meditation you’ll learn about calming the mind, breathing techniques, and living in the present moment. Even a short ten minute session a day will make a huge difference to your well being.

6. Laughter
Laughter boosts our endorphin levels and helps us to relax. Attempt to find at least one thing to laugh at each day, doing so can really help to ease your stress levels.
